Wrapped in a gourmet chicken breast and dusted with paprika. Potato Crusted Cod A premium cod filet dusted with potato, chives & cheddar cheese. Lightly pan–seared to lock in the flavors, and then oven baked for a delightful finish. Burgundy Filet (Mignon) Tips Hand-cut tenderloin, seasoned with fresh herbs & natural spices. Grilled to perfection, topped with a burgundy infused shitake, button, portabella & crimini mushroom sauce. Served over the perfect blend of long grain & wild rice. A sensational melt-in-your-mouth indulgence. (entrée comes with long grain & wild rice as starch for this entree) Apple Glazed Pork Tenderloin Slow cooked to a tender perfection, glazed with our chef created, caramelized apple glaze, fresh rosemary and other light seasonings. Grilled Flank Steak Thin slices of traditional London broil, seasoned and grilled.
